“Ruth is a change consultant who worked with the client and Fujitsu FS staff to specify, define, design, develop and deliver training associated with the implementation of an electronic HR system for a large government department.
She brought with her a wealth of experience in working with a number of different types of client which she immediately deployed, building strong relationships with the client and her colleagues, identifying the client’s training needs and developing multi-media training courses to address those needs. This involved a range of consulting skills including problem definition, process redesign and stakeholder management techniques.
She worked largely on her own recognisance with a Fujitsu Colleague and my assumption that she would not require significant management input was confirmed. The feedback from the client was extremely positive and I remain grateful to Ruth for the good job she did for me.”
